Troubleshooting
The bot says my Trader ID is invalid
Check you copied the full numeric ID with no spaces, and that the account was created through our partner link. Newly created accounts can take a short while to appear — try again later, then contact support.
The bot is loading slowly or not at all
Refresh the page, check your internet connection, clear the browser cache, or try another browser. On mobile data, switch to Wi-Fi to test.
APK won't install
Make sure you have Android 7.0+, enough storage, and that 'install unknown apps' is allowed for your browser or file manager. Uninstall any older modified copy first.
Signals look different from the Quotex chart
Small price differences between data feeds are normal. QT-Bot analyses on candle close; always confirm on the Quotex chart before trading.
I was asked for money by someone claiming to be QT-Bot
